On July 18, 2025, at the Osaka-Kansai Expo venue “Shine Hat,” the song “INOCHI”, was officially presented during the GISHW (Global Initiative for Safety, Health and Well-being) International Summit.

GISHW is an international platform that brings together global institutions such as the ILO (International Labour Organization) and WHO, as well as multinational corporations and experts, promoting initiatives aimed at improving safety, health, and well-being.

On that day, Professor Takuo Dome, Chair of the INOCHI Conference Executive Committee and professor at Osaka University, delivered a speech on behalf of this project’s co-organizing body. Immediately afterward, just before the address by the Chair of the next Expo host country, Saudi Arabia, “INOCHI” was performed.

The song resonated throughout the entire venue, becoming a symbolic moment that carried Japan’s heartfelt message of “life/inochi” toward the upcoming 2030 Riyadh Expo. The Chair of Saudi Arabia was deeply moved, and the performance of “INOCHI” is also scheduled to take place at the Riyadh Expo in 2030.

We are sincerely grateful for this unexpected and early development. From here on, as the INOCHI WORLD PROJECT, we will continue to deliver the message of “inochi” from Japan to the world.
